To help employees and users plan their work before and after go-live, knowing the following dates will be useful. Please focus on the High Priority Items as they must be completed by the date specified.

For those dates not yet determined, we will communicate those to you and update this page as soon they do become available.

System Freeze

Overall shut down of PeopleSoft HCM. No transactions will be processed during this time.

NOTE:  Outage will start November 9, 2016 and we anticipate being live November 14, 2016. We will not know the exact time of day until pre go-live testing is completed.

Users will be notified as soon as the system is available.

Because of the close integration between PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, PeopleSoft Financials and Bear Tracks, these systems will be not available during the system freeze.
